About the Rink
Big Bear Ice Arena is an indoor, year-round rink in Denver’s Lowry neighborhood. The facility operates from a converted former Air Force hangar.
Public Skating- Public skating: Offered on select days and times; the schedule changes throughout the week.
- Public skating hours: Sessions vary by day. Check the rink’s current calendar before visiting.
- Admission: $20 non-members / $15 members
- Skate rental: $5
- Reservations: Members can reserve spots online in advance; non-members cannot
- Season: Open year-round
- Parking: On-site parking available for visitors
- Membership: $10/year membership unlocks online advance reservations and member pricing
- Important rule: Children 6 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian
