About the Rink

Central Park Plaza Ice Rink is a covered outdoor rink under the William E. Urschel Pavilion in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana. The 2025–26 season runs November 24 through March 1.

Public Skating

• Public skating: Public skating offered during the winter season under the pavilion roof
• Public skating hours: Hours vary by day, holidays, and weather; check the Valpo Parks calendar before visiting
• Admission: $8 skate admission; $12 admission with skate rental
• Skate rental: $4 included in the $12 admission-and-rental option
• Season: Late November through early March

Plan Your Visit

• Parking: Downtown Valparaiso parking near Central Park Plaza
• Amenities: Indiana Beverage Activity Center with concessions, restrooms, and locker rental
• Important rule: All-day wristband admission except after 7 p.m. on Fri, Sat, and holiday hours
