About the Rink
Chippewa Area Ice Arena is an indoor facility in Chippewa Falls with two full-size sheets operated by Chippewa Youth Hockey Association. The South Rink hosts free community open skate in winter.
Public Skating
- Public skating: Sundays November through March, 6:00–8:00 p.m., South Rink entrance
- Admission: Free
- Skate rental: $3
- Season: Winter open skate season

- Parking: On-site parking at 839 1st Ave
- Amenities: Concession stand open during open skate; training aids available with deposit
- Important rule: Use the second set of doors for the South Rink during open skate
