About the Rink

Crown Center Ice Terrace is Kansas City's original outdoor public skating rink on Grand Boulevard. The seasonal terrace sits in the Crown Center district near downtown Kansas City.

Public Skating

• Public skating: Public skating offered seven days a week during the season
• Public skating hours: Hours vary by month; Nov–Jan sessions run 10 a.m.–9 p.m. or later on weekends
• Admission: $10 ages 4 and older; free for children under 4 with paid adult
• Skate rental: $6
• Season: Early November through early March

Plan Your Visit

• Parking: Crown Center garages with entry at P2 or P3
• Reservations: Groups of 20 or more require advance reservations
• Important rule: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult
