Empire State Plaza Ice Rink is a seasonal outdoor rink at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York. The downtown rink offers free skating in three daily sessions.

- Public skating: Offered during the winter season when the rink is open
- Public skating hours: Three daily sessions: 10 a.m.–12 p.m., 1–3 p.m., and 4–6 p.m.; closed Mondays
- Admission: Free
- Skate rental: $5
- Season: Winter only; closed during the off-season
