About the Rink

Mohonk Ice Rink is an outdoor pavilion rink at Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York. The open-air rink overlooks Lake Mohonk and operates seasonally.

Public Skating

• Public skating: Day-pass skating available to non-guests when the rink is open
• Public skating hours: Sessions vary by day. Check the winter activities schedule before visiting.
• Admission: $35 weekdays / $45 weekends and holidays (90-minute ice skating pass)
• Skate rental: Included with the ice skating day pass
• Season: November through early April, weather permitting

• Parking: Picnic Lodge parking for day-pass visitors
• Amenities: Stone fireplace warming area and skate shop next to the pavilion
• Important rule: Photo ID required for equipment rentals
