About the Rink
Thayer Arena is one of two indoor rinks operated by the City of Warwick at 975 Sandy Lane. The municipal facility hosts public skating and local hockey programs.
Public Skating
- Public skating hours: Fridays 3:45–5:00 p.m. and Sundays 12:45–2:00 p.m. through March; additional holiday sessions when scheduled
- Admission: $5; children 5 and under free
- Skate rental: Available at Sandy Lane Sports across the street
- Season: Indoor year-round facility with seasonal public sessions

- Parking: On-site parking at Thayer Arena
- Important rule: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older; helmets strongly recommended
