About the Rink

Treadwell Ice Arena is an indoor, year-round rink on Douglas Island in Juneau. It is operated by the City and Borough of Juneau Parks & Recreation.

Public Skating

• Public skating: Open skate and family skate sessions offered throughout the week
• Public skating hours: Sessions vary by day. Reservations for the week open every Monday at noon.
• Admission: $8 adults / $6 youth and seniors
• Skate rental: Included with admission
• Season: Open year-round

Plan Your Visit

• Parking: Parking at 105 Savikko Road on Douglas Island
• Reservations: Advance reservations recommended; drop-in fees also available
• Important rule: Juneau 3rd graders skate free during drop-in sessions, including skate rental
