About the Rink

Horace Mann Park Rink is an outdoor neighborhood rink operated by the Fargo Park District in Fargo, North Dakota. Ice is typically available from mid-December through late February, weather permitting.

• Public skating hours: Rink lights run during evening hours; warming houses are open Mon–Fri 4:00–8:00 p.m. and Sat–Sun 12:00–8:00 p.m. during the season
• Season: Winter only, typically mid-December through late February
