About the Rink
MedStar Capitals Iceplex is a year-round indoor twin-rink facility atop the Ballston parking garage in Arlington. It is the Washington Capitals' practice facility and the only Metro-accessible indoor rink inside the Beltway.
Public Skating
- Public skating: Regular public skate sessions throughout the week
- Public skating hours: Sessions vary by day. Register through the DASH online portal for current times.
- Admission: $15 per session
- Season: Open year-round
