About the Rink

Riverbank State Park Roller skating is part of the rooftop Skating Complex at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park in Upper Manhattan. The same facility switches to ice skating in colder months and roller skating in warmer months.

Public Skating

• Public skating: Roller skating offered during the warm-weather season
• Public skating hours: Mon/Tue 4–7 p.m., Wed/Fri 6–9 p.m. (18+ Wed/Fri), Sat/Sun 1–4 p.m. and 6–9 p.m.
• Admission: $2
• Skate rental: $6
• Season: Roller season roughly April through October; ice skating November through March

Plan Your Visit

• Transit: BX19 and M11 buses run into the park; #1 train at 145th Street
• Parking: Lower-level parking lot via the West 145th Street entrance
• Important rule: Pets and bicycles are not permitted in the park
